The bad smell is some kind of infection and you need to go to a doctor for treatment. If it's a yeast infection they will advise you how to treat it and if you get another in te future, you will be able to treat it on your own with over the counter medication. Until you've had a diagnosis though, you need to go to a doctor to make sure you're not treating for the wrong things.
As for the discharge it's probably nothing to be concerned about and is probably old coagulated blood but ask your doctor when you go.
