I am 21 years old and a mother of a 2 year old. My last period was April 6th 2013. It is now May 4th 2013 and about a week ago I started feeling symptoms that occurred with my first pregnancy I.e. ( nausea without vomiting, back pain, diarrhea, headaches, fatigue, and sensitivity to smells). I thought OK I have only felt this way once when I was pregnant before and on April 30th I took a test and it was negative. Well last night on May 3rd I started bleeding which I thought at first was really weird because I have never started my period during the day like that before it has always been around morning time. But I noticed right away the bleeding was different. There were quite a bit of clots which alarmed me and also at first through color was a really bright red and it was only like a spotting. So I put in a tampon and went to sleep. I woke up the next morning and went to change my tampon and usually the first two or three days of my period are extremely heavy but when I went to change my tampon there was hardly any blood there which usually first thing in the morning my tampon is almost leaking through and again there were clots. So changed my tampon and about 6 hours later I went to change it again and again there was hardly any blood. This is really abnormal for me. But now I just keep thinking why do I feel pregnant and what I assumed was my period is different than I've ever experienced before... with my first pregnancy I never had any bleeding but I still feel the same way I did before. So even with this bleeding could I be pregnant?

First did you even miss a period, you can not test for pregnancy till you are two week late, you never did say when peirod was due.

But if pregnant possible miscarriage with the bleeding

My period was due around May 5th so the bleeding came about two days early. But now its May 5th and the bleeding has pretty much almost stopped. So I only had light bleeding for about 1 1/2 - 2 days
