    How much heat is absorbed by 300g of water when it is heated from 25 degree celsius to 75 degree celsius? I need the explanation and the correct answer to this

    The formula defines a calorie as the amount of heat needed to raise the temperature of one gram of water one degree Celsius. You can do the math.
