    Immigration law
    I am a college student. I just had a baby with my boyfriend. I am receiving wic for formula only. I also work make more than 20,000 as an income.I am also on state insurance as well as my baby. Can I be the affidative of support for my boyfriend ?

    If your current annual salary meets the guidelines for a household of 3, then yes. (It appears not, as 125% of poverty level for household of 3 for 2013 is $24,412.) Perhaps you can use assets, but I'm guessing you probably don't have much assets either. Otherwise, you will need a joint sponsor.

    OK a joint sponsor . How about the state health insurance and the wicc checks would that matter?
