I have given a land conrtact 3 times to an individual and he has not come through on any of them. All his payments have been late and he did not pay last month is there anything I can do to get him out?

Read the contract! It should spell out what happens in cases of default. Usually, the contract reverts to a rental lease and all monies paid are forfeit. You can then go through the normal eviction process for a tenant.
