I need to replace the wall switch for a whole house fan. The original has two leads to interrupt the current in the black wire, and a ground. The new switch has three wires: White, black (hot) and red (load). No obvious ground. Help! Can't fine the old style anywhere. Suggestions, anyone?

I am trying to wire a switch with a harbor breeze switch to operate the fan and the switch has 3 sets of black and white wires along with the grounding wire. How do I wire this to the fan switch which only has a grounding wire and 2 black wires?
