    I will be 25 weeks Friday and I get these what feel like period cramps every now and then and by every now and then its like every other day maybe once or twice out the day should I be concerned or is it normal?

    No worries, cramps in the second trimester are pretty common. They're due to your uterus and other muscles stretching to make room.
    However, if you experience any worsening of the cramps, bloody discharge or anything like that you should contact your OB.
