    Professional Visitation Supervisor?
My ex son in law has Supervised Visitation. His father is the NPVS . The NPVS is not supervising. And is not "IMPARTIAL" . Actually has caused more harm than helped in an already terrible situation. Both the NCP and CP are not financially able to pay for A PVS. After the NCP requested for a PVS in court. Judge asked for which one could pay. Nor can I. Then Determined neither one was able to afford it. Is there a Non-profit Organization that would be able to help with this matter in Ca?
I have so many other questions.. but this is a start

I believe the acronym OP used was "NPVS", or "non-professional visitation supervisor". He is not impartial because he is the non-custodial parent's father.

Gigi4ever, to find a local organization which provides "professional" visitation supervisors at no cost (or reduced cost), I would contact nearby non-profits and acquaint them with the visitation supervisor program. They may be able to obtain a grant. Is certification required for PVSs?

Have you considered agreeing to be the non-professional visitation supervisor in this case?

The NPVS is not "impartial . He allows his son to be at the.exchange, on too many occasions to count. His son the NCP has a 3 year permanent Restraining Order against him from CP. I am included in this protection order. When police are called the NPVS and NCP hurry away. During the.exchange.of.child NCP starts yelling.at.CP. Its awful for.my Grandaughter. There has been 15 court hearings in the.last year. He said she.said. The CP has 11 police reports.of.violating RO. Finally NCP was arrested for Violating R O while his Father(NPVS) was accompanying him while the RO was broken. My daughter(CP) and I have gone to court (no atty) just to tell the truth. Its not enough, Especially while the NCP and NPVS bold face lie. UNBELIEVABLE !
