    What must have happened to a girl of 18 years old feeling breast nipple pain sometimes without swollen and not also pre menstrual syndromme.why?

    It's all about hormones rising and falling during a woman's life.

    Are you sexually active? Could you be pregnant, which would explain nipple discomfort now, not always.

    You are asking why you don't have PMS?
