My period was on the 5th-10th.I just had a baby who is 8 months and don't want to be pregnant right now. I hadn't had sex in over a year except last month on the 30th and wound up with someone I shouldn't have on the 19th of this month out of sheer frustration. I have a tracker on my phone and my ovulation date was the 21st and on the 23rd I started bleeding and cramping as if a normal period which isn't due for another two weeks. Can anyone tell me whether this is due to extended lack of sex or if it may be something else? Despite the sex last month my period came at its regular time. I am worried because it was so close to my ovulation date this time and even though we didn't have sex long and he pulled out I am still worried about the lack of a condom because my daughters father did the same thing and I still got pregnant on the first try.
