    Micro citic anemia
    Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone knew of a quick fix to bring my iron levels up, I got my reslults back yesterday and my iron level is 6.7 and my hymagloban is 109. Im feeling very very dizzy and as I also suffer panic attacks I am thinking this is why. So if anyone knows of anything I can take right now that will fix the dizzyness straight away it would be greatly appreciated. Seeing my local gp tomorrow for help but am in desperate need of help now as its causing me to panic and I really don't want to have a panic attack again.

    I suffer from low iron levels from time to time and it sucks. I also had dizzy spells and panic attacks.

    Eat a lot of dark green veggies and chicken liver (KFC has the best!). Try to stay away from caffine too, because it causes your body not to absord the iron as well.
