    240volts across 120 volt appliance circuit
    There feeder neutral loose in a panel causing 240 volts across 120 volt branch circuits causing damage to all appliances was told by Electrician that there was no danger from shock is this true

    Mostly true, but it is still a big problem.
    No way I'd say there is no danger.
