    I'm 11 and I weigh 160 pounds
    I'm 11 and I weigh 164 pounds how can I lose that weight in at least a mouth? I need help FASt

    The healthy way won't be fast, and we won't recommend an unhealthy way.

    Start eating better, no junk food, no sodas. Eat six small meals a day rather than 3. Make sure you don't skip breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day, and you will actually gain weight if you skip breakfast.

    Exercise. Go for a bike ride instead of sitting in front of the TV or the computer. Go for a walk, get involved in sports.

    You won't lose weight quickly, and you won't notice a difference instantly, but if you keep with it you will lose weight and be healthy as well.

    Try eating healthier, more veggies and fruits. Eating 6 small meals isent practical for a student, but eat 3 balanced meals. Do not completely cut out your favourites like soda and some junk because if you do you will binge on it eventually which is worse. Instead limit yourself one day a week to have say, one pop and for me I love taco bell, so nachos. But just 1 unhealthy meal, one day. Get involved in sports. It may be hard at first, but you will get in shape. No it won't be quick. But if you stick to it by freshman year or end if middle school you may be at your goal weight . Please, please do sports, it helps all sides of your health triangle , physical, mental emotional and social health. Hope I helped you .
