    Loss of voice, fever, muscles fatigued, dizziness
    Sudden on set last night at dinner, sweating profusely, equilibrium off, muscles feel week, diarhea- went to bed, slept through the night- woke up with no voice, low grade fever, muscle soreness, head feels heavy
