I was accused of medical neglect, dcf falsified medical records. Stating medical problems my son didn't have.. My son was taken from my cause the service plan was atrocious and I refused to continue and asked for a review of my service plan.. Dcf refused to do it. So I was going to run away with my son and his father's sister who called on us to Start with, called the investigation and she came with the police and took him with no court order or warrant... This whole situation has displaced me in society.. Dcf handed the case over to the children's safe coalition. I was given a new service plan. And the first 5 months of court hearings was to establish paternity cause I was still legally married when I had my son, so I had to say I didn't know who the father was.. And from the time he was taken December 2011 till August 2012 I was homeless bouncing around from friend to friends house.. My sons father who I was for 5 year's when this happened abandoned me.. He never did anything with his service plan.. It took me awhile to finish my service plan but I did my parent classes, drug evaluation, mental health.. My only problem was I could not get to my 1 hour a week supervised visits. I had to travel 80 miles to go and see him, I had no car and I was 8 miles from the bus stop.. So during this time my son's father was able to see him whenever it pleased him.. And because his family hates me, they would not help me out to see my son.. In July of 2012 I decided to stop going to the pain doctor. Yes I was addicted to my pain pills, so it took me awhile to get clean, but I did by myself with no one's help or rehab.. Now I was being told by my son's father he was working his service plan and was granted unsupervised visits and over night stays, but it was all a lie.. So the last court hearing the judge got mad at me and change the plan from permanency to adoption.. Which my lawyer said that it was a good thing cause my son was recently moved from his uncles house to his Aunt's house the one who called dcf in the first place he needed a adjustment phase.. So know I had meditation 3 days ago. My lawyer and everyone else involved want me to sign over my rights and have my son's father's ex girlfriend adopt my son and I will get 2 updates on my son a year or go to Trial but they all said that I will lose if I go to trail and I wouldn't get my 2 email updates a year that my son's last name and social will be changed and I'll never know anything about my son again.. The lawyer's said I can see if a family member or friend of mine could adopt him.. Which my sister said she would help me and adopt him if she could.. My son's father has signed over his rights and doesn't care at all.. But I do care I want my baby back, I didn't do anything please help me trail is on may 3rd I have to decide.. And no one on his father's side of the family doesn't want him now.. I can't lose my son for no GOOD REASON AT ALL.. Please help me

Excuse me? You are in denial! Maybe DCF falsified records (though I tend to doubt it) but even if they did, YOU just outlined a litany of good reasons your son was taken from you.

So have your sister adopt the child so you can be a part of his life. But you clearly cannot care for the child now.
