    Wiring problem for harbor breeze
    New fan. Wires from ceiling black, white, bare copper. Wires from fan black blue white and green. Spliced black and blue from fan to black from ceiling. White to white and green to bare copper. Not working. Tried two fans. Help.

    Test the voltage between the ceiling black and white, should be 120VAC +/- or use a test light. Start there and let us know what happens.

    Do you have a switch to control either the fan or light?

    If not then do as Brian said in 2nd post.
