    Am I Pregnant?
Okay well me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex three weeks ago. I've had the worst lower back pains on my left side and around my spine, I always have the urge to vomit but I don't. And I am always unusually tired. I always have to pee. Took a pregnancy test but was negative. Could I possibly be pregnant? Did I test to early?

Yes, you could be pregnant. It would be too early for symptoms, and sadly, pregnancy symptoms are also symptoms of many other things, including PMS. It's impossible to diagnose pregnancy by symptoms.

You'll have to wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative then wait until your next period is due, and if you miss it, test again or get a blood test at your doctors office.

It can take the average couple 1 to 2 years to conceive, so don't get discouraged if you're not pregnant this time. But, continue having unprotected sex and you'll be expecting soon.

Good luck, and baby dust your way.
