    How big is a 3.4cm x 2.4cm x 3.4cm complex cyst? And is it dangerous?

    It is close to the size of a golf ball. Your gyn should monitor it over the next several months. Normally they will go away on their own. If its constant pain just annoy your dr until you get the results or tests you expect and get peace of mind. Good luck.
