    Miscarriage Test
    I have just recently found out that I am pregnant. I can not go to the Dr. until April 10th but I am freaking out that I will go and they will tell me I have had a miscarriage. If I keep taking HPT will they come back negative if I have had a miscarriage? I know you probably think I am some nut case but I am worried to death about something happening to my baby I have been waiting for.

    A HPT wouldn't really help because you have the pregnancy hormone in your system, Do you think you are miscarrying or have? If so what makes you think so?

    Okay you just need to calm way down! I too just found out I am pregnant (yesterday) and I worry that I might miscarry, but nothing good can happen if you let it consume you. As far as I know with the testing it depends on how far along you were when you miscarry. It can take your body a few days to a few weeks for your horomone levels to go back to normal. In the meantime, please stop stressing and obsessing over this. It won't prevent it from happening if that is what is going to happen, but the added stress can have ill effects on your pregnancy. Just relax, take a nice warm (not too hot) bath, light some candles, get a massage. We all pray that miscarriage doesn't happen, but don't go looking for it. Just enjoy being pregnant right now.
