    Medical negligence claims
    One of my client have geuine medical negligence and I have complete vitnesses but the Judge refuse to accept that case I am new in legal services what I should do now?
    Please give me suggestions.

    You find an attourney better than the one you had before, and see if they can find grounds to appeal the decision..

    Turn in your law license since if you do not know what to do, or do not know who to contact you have no business in the legal profession.

    The judge may dismiss a case if there is not enough evidence that can be legally submitted.
    So your brief and filing does not properly show your case
