I am on birth control and have been for about a year or so. But I didn't have any time to pick it up for the first three days after I got my last menstrual cycle. My boyfriend and I had unprotected intercourse on the third day of me missing my BC and he finished inside of me. About two weeks later I got brown and, at times, pink-ish spotting and this continued for about a week and a half, give or take a little. The spotting was accompanied by dull cramps some of the time. After the week and a half of spotting I never got a real period. At this point, I am currently six days late for my period and there has been no other spotting. Should I take a pregnancy test? Or would spotting last for a week and a half if I were really pregnant? Any input is welcomed and appreciated. Thank you!

I would take a test just to be sure, you never know. Personaly I experienced something similar to this but I was not pregnant.

You missed 3 pills so you greatly increased the odds of getting pregnant.

Wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait for your next period. If you miss it, test again or get a blood test.

Pregnancy is a definite possibility.

You have to be 14 days late to test, so now you just wait, be sure to use first urine of the day
