    Hair dye help
So, I dyed my hair 2 weeks ago back to my natural ashy brown. There's still a slight auburn tint from my previous dye that I covered up. The dye that I used is permanent. I wanted to dye it a deep red-ish purple (burgundy I suppose) But I'm concerned that when my roots will grow, the burgundy will take differently and make my hair 2 different shades. Should I tone my roots before dying it burgundy every time?
