I just really want to know what they are I'm embarrassed to tell anyone its been at least two years and still have them I looked it up on Google one word I think it is . Is called (Papules:are small (less than 1cm diameter) lumps, raised above the skin surface.) that's what it said. But also seen that you get it from masturbating a lot well not ganna lie I do but also its not always me its my girlfriend doing it for me.I know am stupid for not going to my doctors but am going to go but can anyone help me? Anyway to use a sort of medicine or cream?

Little white bumps are very common. If they aren't pimples that grow and ooze and are sore, leave them alone. You will probably always have them. Both men and women get them, and all sorts of other bumps, just because of tender skin in close quarters, rubbing against other skin or clothes, and very little exposure to air.

(As always, if you have any doubts about STDs, get tested. But 'little white bumps' are not associated with STDs.)

By any chance could I get them removed gone .females are always curious and once they find or see little white lumps it will be different /

I don't know of any way to have them removed. On other parts of your body, you could have them removed by dermabrasion, basically sanding them off. You just can't do that on tender skin.
Do Google searches of 'skin conditions of genitals' and you will find pictures, and you can show them to women, and collect written information too.
I'll bet if a lot of women looked inside their labia with a mirror they would see them too.
You could also get a letter from a doctor, stating that you don't have a STD and that the bumps have been examined and are harmless.
