I'm on probation and have to take random etg/drug tests as a result. I decided to be stupid one night and drink 4 beers just because everyone else was drinking. I thought it'd be a while before I went in for a test, but I was called in two days later. I'm 5'6'' 125lbs, would I fail for having alcohol in my system? If so, could I use the excuse that I've been using extremely excess amounts of hand sanitizer at the dog shelter I've been volunteering at every day for the past few weeks? They have at least 28 dogs there and we're supposed to sanitize our hands between each dog we handle, so that's quite a lot of sanitizing. Would that excuse work if I failed the test?

I'm sorry, but no one here is allowed to tell you how to circumvent the legal system.

If you can in good conscience use that excuse, then it's your choice as an adult how to proceed.
