Hi,I am 15 years old and read in 9th grade.I become very afraid after giving any exam.I think I will get poor marks.For this I can't concentrete on anything.This problem has started just a year ago.I am the 1st girl of my class,but I think I can't do well anymore because of this problem.Please help me,give me some suggessions.

Why are you distracted and suddenly fearful? Is something happening in your life outside school that is affecting your school performance?

And everyone has an off day now and then - everyone! Don't beat yourself up over this unless you think it's an escalating problem.

I went through this too in early high school. The main thing to do is to do your schoolwork every day -- read the assigned chapters and make flash cards for the trivia/dates/names. Then be sure to review your flash cards every evening after supper and at least an hour before you go to sleep. If you are having problems with something (my big one was calculus), talk to the teacher who will give suggestions on how to study and prepare for tests. I also found it helpful to study for tests and quizzes with a small group from my class.
