What is a good solution to do with my hair if the color only got some parts?
I had my hair with highlights. So I went to get a hair color from the store a brown color. When I put it half of my hair from the top got the color but from the bottom and the area where the highlights were didn't get the color and it looks bad. It looks blond green something like that. Please help! What to do?
