Hey I'm 18 weeks pregnant by the hospital in the past month I've been under a lost of stress and feeling very down and depressed and crying all the time I'm smoking a lot more because of this I no that its very bad to be I can't eat I'm nearly pucking at the thought of food and I'm not sleeping right as a resullt the last week or so I've been gett bad cramps in my lower abdomem and I've a very strong feeling there's something wrong this is my second pregnancy and I wasn't like this before but I had a horribleb irth can anyone help me pleasexxx
