    Air Conditioner not turning on
    I have a York A/C unit outside and when I flip the thermostat to turn the air conditioner on, nothing happens. I hear the thermostat click, but the unit does not come on. Last year it was working fine. Any ideas? Is it the capacitor?

    Could be the capacitor, very common problem first thing in the spring. Does the indoor fan come on?
