    Dead Thermostat
    Hello... I have a Carrier thermostat that has ceased to function.. went to check it... and it is blank... any recommendations?? I have already jumped the red and white wires with NO success... breakers have been checked as well, Thanks for any suggestions, Chris Hodges

    Check for a 3 amp fuse on the low voltage side of the transformer or on the control board of the furnace. Also check for 120v to high side of trans, or power to furnace. Going to need a volt/multi meter to check for actual power.
