What to do with angry unmarried pregnant daughter
Hello I am writing for my sister. Her daughter is pregnant and living with her because anyause she has no where else to live, but she is not paying anything and is abusive to her my sisiter just has a 2 room apartment for herself and 2 boys so the daughter is not even on the lease she needs to leave but she threatens my sister (her mom) if she calls the cops so is there somewhere a young lady could go she is 20 0r 21 years old any suggestions my sister is working two jobs and its tired of tipy toeing around her own home .

Evict her... the daughter is an adult (and legally a tenant).. and as such.. the mother is under NO legal obligation to support her.. or put up with her abuse.
Server her notice (according to your states law) and if she gets abusive before then... call the police and have her arrested. And tell your sister to not hesitate to dial 911 the minute her daughter even starts to get abusive or out of control next time.. |
