So got a new one warranty of course. And ran this one a couple times and just turn it on a few days ago and this one blew up too. Ck gas psi and burners adjust and align ignitor etc. ck intake and exhaust pipes. What could it beeeeeee.. now waiting for a new inducer assem.. any help out there would be great guys and girls. I only ran this furnace max 3 hrs only.. any clues at all. Oh reason a goodman cause I got a good deal on it from the shop..

    Ck intake and exhaust pipes.

Did you use a meter to adjust the pressure differential on the furnace/inducer assembly. It does happen if the pressures are not in spec and or a item gets into the inducer since the inducer is designed only to move air. I would look towards blockage or to long of a vent run.

This is a 90+ Goodman I take it. Inducers fail for 3 reasons in my experience. Wrong gas pressure/overheating (airflow), Condensation froze, foreign object like a mouse or bird got in it. Is it on LP? Do a temp' rise and check the gas pressure output.

    Good luck

Thanks guys I will do this when I get down to North Carolina. Its my uncle house and they just got done doing the basement. And dman I should bought a new manometer but did it by eye cause I did this whole install in 3 days 19,000 sq ft only in the basement ductwork and all. It was only me and my uncle installing this so I was careless and had to go back to jersey. I will take it all apart and perform maintenance.
