Every time I have sex I start feeling a UTI come. There is no doubt about it.. For a while I thought only condoms made me get them but now I found out I get them whether I'm having protected or unprotected sex.. I was wondering the cause of this? Could it be rough sex? I pee after sex and clean well before & after. Is that the only thing causing it, maybe not having right hygiene? I plan on getting checked by my doctor soon. But for now is there any home remedies that may help?

Poor hygiene, rough sex, as far as foreplay goes such as dirty fingernails, dirty hands. Are you douching after sex? That is a definite no as this destroys the proper balance inside your vagina and opens up to infection. Yes, latex condoms are deadly to someone with the alergy, but you say you don't use them a lot.

It is a culmination of all of the above in differents ways. I know UITs can be irritating and too many can effect your kidneys in a bad way, so get a handle on it so you don't get anymore.

After a bowel movement always wipe from front to back, so no fecal matter comes in contact with you urethra. Women have a very short perineum making this type of hygiene a priority.

I am not saying you are a dirty person, but women take a lot of things for granted and it pays to be extra careful. Some are more susceptible then others if they have a weak immune system.
