I had back pains, abdominal pains, neck and shoulder pains even headaches and a small fever I went to the hospital and I was told I was spotting after the doctor did a vaginal exam. I had done a previous pregnancy test that was negative but it had only been a week so I thought it to be inaccurate. A couple hours after I had seen the doctor I began to bleed profusely, there were blood clots, it had been after my first week of having unprotected sex. I am experiencing back pains and abdominal pains did I have a miscarriage?
