    Juvenile sealed record and military
    Will a sealed misdemeanor show up in a secret security clearance?
    It was in juvenile court and all fines are paid, also there was never any fingerprints taken

    Secret and top secret clearances will find it out... particularly a TS.

    I agree, the very top backgrounds will normally find out.

    It will even show up if you just sign up with the military.
