    Ihad a fever all night,coughing,body aches, but the pains in my upper back and chest stop me in my tracks and I can't breath all the way in and it hurts to cough it fills like I can't move at time because the pain is so bad, on and off

    So you to to an emergancy care or ER and find out what is wrong, at least go to your own doctor ASAP.

    It can be 100's of things, and many serious.
