    Electric, Heat & Hot Water
I am renting a 2nd flr, 2br apartment & I have been here 7 years. I am also the only tenant that pays utilities. The 1st & 3rd flr have utilities included because the are connected together. There are 2 furnaces & one hot water boiler. Since the 1st flr tenants (family of 5) moved in, me had bill is outrages. With one hot water boiler... does this mean my landlord has screwed me & I'm paying for other tenants out water? I also discovered the common hallways, smokes & 1st flr bedroom electric is on me! I found the washer on me as well & had it switched.
