    What are you doing to market your site ? What type of advertising.
    How does people wonder to your site to find them.

    People buy all sorts of health products ( I pesonally get mine at walmart)
    But are you talking to people you know, are you handing out flyers about your product,

    Things just don't sell thierself,

    Sounds like a multi level marketing scheme to me. Yes, some people make money, but there are more than make next to nothing.
