For the last month or so I've had sharp pains in my upper chest and both arms. Sometimes it starts in my arms and works to my chest but not always... but both always end up hurting. I can breath fine the pain is extream and sometimes it goes all the to my fingers. I'm 37 5-10lbs overweight still...
