    I have small,red bumps on inner thighs that don't go away have tried cortisone cream ,nystatin,and vaginal powders have Ben here a month.no itching,odor,or pain..

    Time to see a doctor. If over the counter remedies don't work, you need to see a professional for a diagnosis.
