    Is Masturbating good or bad for health?
    I am a male who is some sort of addicted to masturbating.not a lot though.but regularly. I have being having some affects which I think caused by masturbation. I really want to know are there really any side effects of masturbation? Um still studying.As this effects me, I badly want to stop this... but I don't know how.how can stop this?at least for a year or so? Are there any effects in liver,kidney problems?does it effects to the stomach,knee & eye to misbehavior? I feel like I'm having these problems..

    No, it isn't bad for you unless you let it ruin your social life.
    Medically it has no relation at all to any of the things you mention, or any other.
    You would be sore if you were putting too much stress on your skin.

    I think I read once that young men think about sex once every 12 seconds. It's all part of nature giving you all that testosterone, insuring survival of the species, just like any other living being. Don't worry!
