    Transposition of formula T subject
    Having difficulty working this out.

    transpose the following formula such that T becomes the subject:

    (square root symbol) 4T + S
    V - 200
    = q

    not sure if I have typed that out right its quite hard without the right formatting :S

    any help would be truly gratefull

    start by multiplying both sides by (V-200), and square both sides to get:



    Then subtract S from both sides, and finally divide through by 4 to get:
