OK,so it has been 10days since we have started attempting to get pregnant, and I was wondering if it is too soon to take a test? I have been having classic signs of my period coming ,cramping,moody,etc.. are these alos signs of maybe having a baby?Thanks...

You have only been trying for 10 days. It takes most women up to, and for some longer, than a year of trying to actually become pregnant.

Yes, it is too soon. If you are pregnant there has not been a sufficient amount of time for the pregnancy hormone Hcg to build up in your system. You need to wait AT LEAST until you are 10 days late to even begin testing.

Your symptoms can be indicative of pregnancy, but it also sounds as though your period will start soon. Pregnancy symptoms and period symptoms can be identical in some women.

I personally have no PROBLEMS getting pregnant, it is just the first time in about 3years that I am trying,I am 30 years old and have had 3 children.. So if I do start my period on the first as always{actually it is usually around the 29-1st,, is there a good day after this to start... like how many days after I am done with my period? Thanks J-9

If you are typically on a 28 day cycle the best time to try is around days 12 - 14.

That would be 12 - 14 days after the FIRST day of your period.
