    I believe "Hampton Bay" is a private label for Home Depot for things such as flooring, lighting and fans. The products come from contract manufacturers in China or elsewhere. So the "home office" is Home Depot.

    Ebaines is right. Hampton Bay is a company owned by Home Depot. Their # is 877-527-0313.
