    Praying he comes home!!
My husband is on felony probation with a 5 year joint suspension,In Los Angeles County... he did 6 months in jail... and when he got out he reported for the first 8 months then we were in a 90 day shelter after being robbed... once we had to leave the shelter because our time was up & they wouldn't give us an extension we were homeless. We tried to call his P.O the answer no voicemail I guess his P.O called the shelter and they told him we left ( like willingly) Not that they put us out. After a week still can't get him on the phone, so my husband speaks with the officer of the day and he said I'll let your P.O know that you checked in. A week later we called his P.O and he finally answere and said Im glad you called I violated you. So my husband ran for the next 2 years & has stayed out of trouble. Last week he was ridding out Quad and was pulled over and arrested for the probation violation ( Abcounding) he goes to court on the 20th no new charges. What do you think his chances of being reinstated will be?

ZERO... he's going back to jail... and he should be. He proved he can't follow the rules to be out of jail.

Sorry.. but that's how it is... you do EXACTLY as you are told.. or you do your time. He's going to have to do his time now.

However that's up to the DA, and the Judge... but everything you said proves he knew what he was doing was wrong.. and the fact he RAN... all but seals his fate.
