    What could be wrong with me?
    I woke up yesterday morning feeling weak and nauseated. I went to work, and got sent home for puking. I have puked 4-5 times since then, and the last time I threw up stomach acid. I am having SEVERE stomach cramps in my lower abdomen, that are triggered with any slight movement. It hurts to cough, sneeze, move, laugh, etc. What do you think this could be? The vomiting is gone, but I am still having pains and I am dizzy and warm.

    It could be anything from gastroenteritis to a diverticulitis attack to appendicitis to food poisoning to gallstones to lots of other things.

    Given the pain, I think you should call your doctor and probably go to the emergency room.
