    Set aside default
    My ex husband filed the default on March 12, 2013, now I'm trying to file a motion to set aside default and I was giving by the clerks the forms FL-300 and Declaration RE: Notice upon Ex parte application for orders. My question is was I giving the right forms and how do I fill out the form to state that I want to set aside default and the reasons. Please help I need to know my tonight I want to file everything tomorrow morning.

    What is your legal reason for asking the courts to set aside the judgement?

    And where are you? What is the court action you are dealing with? You ask for an immediate answer but give us very little info.
