    My ankle on my right foot just randomly got a sudden pain.I was walking to my kitchen and my ankle just really started hurting when I walk or stand

    Soak it in hot water and rest and give it time. You are just a teen, right? If you were in your 60s or 70s, it might be a different matter.

    Happens often. Were you doing a lot of standing today, or running, any sports? You could have sprained it, or it's just sore from being on your feet all day.

    If you're concerned than see your doctor. We really can't diagnose over the internet.

    My foot has gone all red where it hurts but I haven't banged it so don't ask me that and no I haven't tripped etc
