Probably just from losing your virginity. If you are late by more than two weeks, take a pregnancy test. Also, go to your doctor and get an education if you're going to have sex. Get good advice on pregnancy and STD prevention and generally learn how your body works. If you aren't comfortable doing that, you are not mature enough for sex.

Taking the pill for one day will not protect you from pregnancy, so you actually had unprotected sex. The pill needs to be taken daily, at the same time each day, for at least a month before it becomes effective. Even then, the pill is not 100% effective, you can still get pregnant even when you're using the pill properly, which you didn't do.

You also need to know that he doesn't need to ejaculate in order to get you pregnant. There is more than enough sperm in pre-ejaculate to get your pregnant.

So, pregnancy is definitely a possibility. You'll have to wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, then take a pregnancy test using first morning urine.
