Finding the total cost of the lowest level of activity
The fixed cost is $250,000. The highest level of activity is 100,000 units with a total cost of $550,000. The lowest level of activity is 60,000 units. I'm trying to find the total cost at 60,00 units. I'm trying to use the high low method to solve this but I can't figure out how to get the variable cost, which I'm pretty sure is the key to solving it. This is not an exam problem or an assignment it's just a challenge I accepted from my professor. Thanks
