I have limited information on my father, any help?
The information I have is his name is Tim or Tom. He delivered to Armour Food in Eau Claire, Wi. In Oct. of 1977. He met my mom at the 5 O'clock Club that's about it, and his CB handle was Mustang and he was 19.

Not enough to go by. We'd need at the very least a last name, and you're not even sure of the first. A birth date and full name would be better, but even then it would hard to find him. With the info you have now, your only hope is finding someone that remembers him, and knows where he is.
